Shipping policy
We strive to ship each order within 2 to 5 regular business days from the day it is ordered. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are NOT considered regular business days.
The timeframe you choose when checking out is the time frame of the delivering carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) That starts at the time we drop off to the carrier and we have NO control over that once the package is dropped off. We will always strive to drop off your order, to the carrier you have chosen upon checkout, within 2 to 5 regular business days from the day it is ordered.
Free shipping on orders over $89 applies to full-price merchandise only.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE SHIPPING CARRIERS - We will normally ship using the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc) that you select when checking out. However, there are times that the shipping rates are far more than the system calculates and charges. In that instance, we may opt to use a carrier that is closer to what you paid for shipping to save ourselves from losing money.
If you are needing something shipped RUSH, please call us at 918.955.0148 to make sure we can do this for you. We will try our very best and will advise you during our conversation.
At occasional times we are away from our warehouse for one week while we sell at Pop-Up Events & Shows. During that time orders will be held and shipped the following Monday. Our website will show the dates we are away. We apologize for this inconvenience but please understand we are a small mother - daughter business and work hard for our customers in several selling venues.
Once your item ships you will be emailed a tracking number. Please follow the tracking and watch for your package(s) to arrive. Summer’s Market will NOT be responsible for packages once they have been dropped off and received by the carrier. We have no control over shipping times, delays or missing packages. If your package is missing you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number. If you need assistance with the tracking number, please just reach out to us and we will re-send that information.
